Arbor Pay

Arbor 

This September we moved over to Arbor for our School Management Information System and would like all of our Parents and Carers to sign up to the app to ensure they are able to view their child's attendance, progress, notifications and use the Arbor Pay for payments such as lunch money or trips. 

If you would like help with the logging in process Arbor have a really good help page that will take you through it step by step, please click here or follow the instructions below that you will have been sent on your welcome email. 

To set up your Arbor account, you will need to login to Arbor for the first time on a browser using the instructions below. When this is done, you will then need to download the mobile app as soon as possible (see below for details). 

Logging in for the First Time 

To login for the first time, you will need to visit the Arbor website and register before downloading the app. 

Please follow in instructions below: 

Visit https://login.arbor.sc 

Click ‘Forgot your password?’ 

Enter your email address (the one we have on our systems for you) 

Click ‘reset password’ 

Follow the instructions in your email. Please check your spam or junk folders. 

Once your password has been set, you can now download the Arbor app. 

Downloading the App 

The Arbor app is a great tool for monitoring your child’s attendance, lateness, achievement and behaviour points and will enable us to ensure effective communication between school and home. This app will also allow you to upload money and allow you to pay for items for your child, e.g. School meals/trips. This will replace ParentPay. If your child had any credit left on their ParentPay account, this has been automatically transferred to their ArborPay account over the summer, and you can see how much is there when you login. Topping up Accounts in the Arbor App 

You can download the Arbor Parent app from your app store. There is an image below of the logo. 

There are some instructions on the Arbor site to help with setting up the app if you require. Please enable push notifications to get live information from the app. When you download the Arbor app, please ensure you check your spam folder in your email and adjust your settings to ensure all Arbor communication goes into your inbox.
