Applying for Sixth Form, 2023 Entry

Being part of The Insignis Academy Trust has opened up a world of new opportunities and enabled The Mandeville School to rethink its Sixth Form provision for students applying for 2023 entry.

The Mandeville School has joined forces with its partner school Princes Risborough School to offer over 30 courses to prospective students, more than double the number we have previously been able to offer. Students can follow one of three pathways: three A level courses, three BTEC courses or a blend of the two. This will enable new sixth formers to truly flourish as you follow the pathway that enables you to access the higher education course, training or career to which you aspire.

Some of the courses will be taught at The Mandeville School, but most will be taught at The Princes Risborough campus. Transport will be provided between the two sites before, during and after the school day to enable you to get to and from your lessons.

In addition to the vastly increased subject offering, being part of a larger sixth form offers other benefits too, including making new friends and the wealth of enrichment opportunities (including Duke of Edinburgh, PE and Extended Project Qualifications) from which you can choose.
