About the same number of parents answered the survey last year and this (during the Autumn Term) so we can compare like-with-like - fortunately. I am particularly pleased with the upward trend in areas such as for the prompts – ‘my child feels safe at school’, ‘behaviour has improved’, ‘the perception of Mandeville in the community has improved’, there are opportunities for students outside the classroom’ and I am delighted that parents feel that leadership both by middle leaders and ‘at the top’ have improved (90% strongly/agree for both)! These scored highly last time so this is really excellent feedback for us. 90% of parents have told us that they strongly agree or agree that their child (ren) is (are) happy at Mandeville which is wonderful to know with 0.88% disagreeing - 0.88% too much. We are getting better at setting and assessing homework. And more parents are reading my letter home too which is great. However, I will continue to aim for 100% readership!
